Dear Ms. Thuy and Ashley Team,

Thank you for informing us about the new Finishing Schedule format for
Ashley products. We have received both attached files (Finishing Schedule
and Step Finish Definition) and fully understand the requirements.

We confirm that we will implement the new format as requested:
- We will refer to the Step Finish Definition file first when creating or
  updating any Finishing Schedule.
- We will use the exact step names and terminology as defined in the file,
  and will not create new terms or abbreviations without your approval.
- We will maintain consistency across all Finishing Schedules.

For the transition plan: our current Finishing Schedules that are in
active production will be gradually converted to the new format. We will
also create a tracking list of the current Finish Schedules so that we can
monitor the transition effectively.

Please let us know if you have any preferred priority or timeline for the
conversion.

Cảm ơn chị đã thông báo về mẫu lưu trình sơn (Finishing Schedule) mới cho
sản phẩm Ashley. Chúng tôi đã nhận đầy đủ 2 tài liệu đính kèm (Finishing
Schedule và Step Finish Definition) và nắm rõ các yêu cầu.

Chúng tôi xác nhận sẽ thực hiện theo đúng yêu cầu:
- Luôn tham khảo tài liệu Step Finish Definition trước khi tạo mới hoặc
  cập nhật lưu trình sơn.
- Sử dụng chính xác tên bước và thuật ngữ theo quy định, không tự tạo
  thuật ngữ hoặc từ viết tắt mới khi chưa được phê duyệt.
- Đảm bảo tính nhất quán giữa các lưu trình sơn.

Về lộ trình chuyển đổi: các lưu trình sơn hiện tại đang sản xuất sẽ được
chuyển dần sang định dạng mới. Chúng tôi cũng sẽ lập danh sách theo dõi
các lưu trình hiện có để giám sát quá trình chuyển đổi hiệu quả.

Nếu Ashley có yêu cầu về thứ tự ưu tiên hoặc tiến độ chuyển đổi, xin vui
lòng cho chúng tôi biết.
